Tom handed over his camera to share a few more of his more pleasant observations in our area. Still doesn't much look like fall, does it? Ah well, at least the weather has cooled pleasantly.

Very pretty! We had lovely cool weather last week, but it's gotten warm again. There's a storm coming through tomorrow and hopefully it will bring some cold. The leaves are starting to change here, though, and it's turning beautiful.
The photos are great, and yes, I did see the squirrel. We have had some really beautiful colors here in Central Illinois for the past two weeks, but we had our first frost last Sunday morning. So I'm thinking that it will not last much longer.

Pretty pictures! We don't get a lot of bright, vivid fall colors here in WA but when the sun is out, it's gorgeous.
